Blitzed Banana Bread

1/4 cup milk (almond, soy, etc)
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup cannas butter
1 cup light brown sugar
3 very ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a loaf pan.
In a small bowl, stir together milk and vinegar. Set aside for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, cream together cannas butter and sugar.
Add mashed bananas, vanilla and the milk mixture. Beat thoroughly.
In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.
Add dry mixture to wet ingredients and beat until all the flour is moistened.
Fold in the walnuts.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
